There are no returns or refunds on any order unless otherwise specified. If your item arrives damaged you must email customer service (prettypeacockdesigns@yahoo.com) within 24 hours of receiving your item. You must provide picture evidence of the damage in your email. A solution will be resolved upon examination of the item. If the item is dropped, cracked, or damaged after the 24 hour period it is the customers responsibility of payment for the item and shipping if they wish to have the item fixed.
