READY TO SHIP TUMBLER- No personalization or changes can be made to ready to ship cups unless otherwise stated. Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).
Comes with a lid and straw.
All tumblers are double walled, stainless steel, and vacuum sealed. Perfect to keep you beverage either hot or cold. Each tumbler is sealed with an FDA approved fully cured epoxy.
All cups are handmade and may have small imperfections. Tumblers are hand wash only. Tumblers are not recommended for the dish washer and are not microwave safe. Tumblers may become ruined if soaked, left in a hot car, or dropped. Most but not all cups will fit into a cup holder.

There are no returns or refunds on any order unless otherwise specified. If your item arrives damaged you must email customer service (prettypeacockdesigns@yahoo.com) within 24 hours of receiving your item. You must provide picture evidence of the damage in your email. A solution will be resolved upon examination of the item. If the item is dropped, cracked, or damaged after the 24 hour period it is the customers responsibility of payment for the item and shipping if they wish to have the item fixed.
